Finally I start to feel autumn. Daytime, I’m still in my shorts but at night cardigans are on the go.
September was like “I’m here, I’m there, I’m everywhere”! After the anniversary and the birthday ceremonies, I took a one week vacation with my family. Mr. T was in Germany so I used the opportunity and spent some quality time with my parents. It felt like the old times when I was a student and used to have all the summer time free. It did hit the spot. We had a great time. ( Sorry sister :( )
I had time to assign my 31 goals before I turn 31. One of them is Learn How To Crochet. I decided to learn it online but my wonderful mom took the hooks and did the job. I can say I learnt it from the best. Now that I can crochet little cardigans and bootees for her grandkids :P
Now I’ll finish my crochet pillow case and start a granny square blanket which seems to last all year.
Tomorrow I’ll post a recap for my 30 Things Before 30 goals. Almost half of them are done, some of the rest are still on my new goal list , some of them are eliminated.
Here in our city where we live, we have a movie festival going on these days. I worried about not finding tickets as we were both out of town. Lucky us, we’ve got the tickets for 2 amazing movies just yesterday
It is a truly original and worth watching movie. I don’t want to talk about it too much. You should see it.
Tonight we’re going to see another festival movie Pieta of Kim Ki-duk which I’m dying to seeee!
This month I’m planning to “stay” at home and try some new things like seasonal recipes. Such as cinnamon apple pie. Right now I don’t have a decent recipe but as soon as I find it, I’ll sure share the treasure. I also want to try a home made Pumpkin Spice Latte. I found in Annie’s Eats a diy pumkin spice recipe,
I’m trying this one for my home made latte for sure.
I don’t know if we are going to have a Halloween party this year but I start to pin lots of halloween ideas on my board.
One last thing before I leave;
Here is a link to a very cute blog and to a cutest iphone wallpaper. Eki shares it and it’s free!
