I maybe once said I was going to bake a seasonal apple pie but when I saw these pears in farmer’s market….
Actually I baked this pie on monday for Mr. T in honor of his promotion. It’s still so yummy!
Here’s a super easy and light ricotta and pear pie recipe :
♥ 350 gr ricotta cheese
♥ 250 gr flour
♥ 300 gr pear ( weight after diced )
♥ 150 gr sugar
♥ 3 eggs
♥ Baking powder
♥ Vanilla powder
♥ 1 lemon (shredded and juice)
→ Put pears in a bowl after diced and add some lemon juice to prevent them turning brown.
→ Beat ricotta with sugar and add vanilla powder.
→ Add eggs and continue beating.
→ After you add sifted flour and baking powder, add some shredded lemon.
→ Stir and add pears.
→ Pour the mixture to a baking pan which has been greased and floured.
→ Bake in a pre-heated oven about 45 minutes.
→ After cooling, decorate.
