To be honest, I don’t like cooking. I even don’t like the kitchen! While I was living alone, the kitchen in the house was just a place where I wash all the glasses from time to time. But through out the last few years, with our common urge of healthy living with Mr. T, I’ve started to be more and more present in the kitchen. And luckily I do cook well and deliciously. I still can’t cook meat and meat products ( it’s on Mr. T) but I’m really curious about diverse recipes.
This year I decided to try 12 new recipes that I’ve never tried before. They are not complicated or crucially hard to make. I’ve just chosen them because I’ve always wanted to taste if I had never before or just wanted to make it from scratch, like falafels. I adore them! I surprisingly first tasted in Paris and then we found a restaurant with my sister that makes delicious falafels in Istanbul. It’s been more than 5 years I haven’t eaten. Some of them are easy, some of them are not that super healthy but why not to taste once? :)
