This recipe is now one of my favorites! I already love cauliflower and we normally prefer the sauté version but this recipe is far much healthier and for me more delicious. I again made a few changes. In the original recipe, garlic and onion powders are used but I prefer fresh chopped onions and garlic. Also in the original recipe, the cauliflowers are not boiled before oven baking but i did with a glass of milk and water and i added a little virgin olive oil on top.
