A good breakfast is everything!

Especially afer an exhausting night. Actually this is my second breakfast as I have the first really early in the morning before I go to the pool. I want the first one to be energizing so It’s peanut butter and jelly time in the morning. After the pool, I’m looking for a more fulfilling and healthier one. So I prefer eating overnight oatmeals with vanilla soymilk (or chocoloate), fruits and with some pommegranate seed powder on top. Though I’m always dreaming of an high-carbonhydrate and high-fat feats…
