You may have noticed that I didn’t post anything about my habit tracker for the last two months. Last time I marked my HT was on March and didn’t make a new one for the next month. It’s because I wanted to see in April whether I’m committed to my habits or not. And NOPE. I’m certainly not. I even forgot to make a new habit tracker for May! So it’s very clear that keeping a HT really keeps me in track and I’m back on it.
There was a religious holiday at the beginning of the month and we were out of town so I didn’t even try to keep track any of my habits. I mean being sugar-free when you are at your parents’ is hard… Therefore June’s HT is for 20 days. And I kept it simple because there’s no point in overloading as I keep failing. Just habits I want to adopt for my morning routine and a few daily things. I added morning walks but some days we walk with Mr. T. in the evenings so that does count.
