I’ve come to wish you a happy weekend with a photo of my birthday pie we ate last week. In fact, It was supposed to be a vegan clafoutis aux cerises but the last minute changes made it a (vegan) cherry birthday pie. It. Was. Delicious. The bottom layer was moist and soft, the cherries were jam consistency, the dough on top was crunchy. Everything you expect from a pie was all in there! I’ll definitely bake it again and maybe this time share the recipe.
