If you are reading here, even for once in awhile, I think you know that I hate eggs. I tried to eat it, I tried every way but the idea of eating liquid baby chickens disgusts me every time.
Lately I’m reading all about nutrition and preparing myself a detox programme for the coming months. I’ll write about it later but for now briefly, if you want to detox your body you should cut all the animal products you are taking and turn your face to nature; to fruits and veggies. Therefore, vegan diet becomes the healthiest way to survive.
I also try not to consume diary products. But when you cut cheese and eggs off from your favorite meal, it’s not your favorite meal anymore. So to spice up my breakfasts, I decided to find healthy and delicious recipes and my favorite immediately became chickpea flour omelettes. The recipe is simple; chickpea flour and whatever you want. I’ll share my favorite combination but if you try yourself, you can add anything and I’m sure it’ll turn out amazing.
